Message from the GCEO:
Dear Colleagues,
last week marked a truly successful and defining moment for M42. Over the course of the week, we experienced two important milestones that reflect who we are, what we stand for, and where we are going.
From 10–12 February, we hosted the first-ever M42 Top Management Forum in Abu Dhabi. Over 120 senior leaders from 27 countries came together under one roof, united by a shared purpose: to align around our vision, accelerate our strategic priorities, celebrate our milestones, and advance our ambition to reshape the future of health.

We welcomed many colleagues from across the world - many visiting Abu Dhabi for the first time - who started off the week with a visit to the Omics Lab and Abu Dhabi Biobank, witnessing the depth of our scientific and genomic capabilities. This was followed by a welcome reception that allowed us to connect personally and strengthen the spirit of unity.
Throughout the Forum, we explored the forces shaping global healthcare and the priorities that will define our next chapter. We focused on exploring our growth strategies, scaling impact with discipline, funding the future responsibly, strengthening medical governance in a global health system, and embedding leadership principles that translate responsibility into measurable impact.
We were honoured to welcome H.E. Mansoor Al Mansoori, Chairman of the Department of Health - Abu Dhabi, who emphasised the importance of building a health intelligence system and the role M42 must play in delivering on this ambition. His message reinforced our responsibility to enable prevention, precision and predictive care at scale.
I also had the privilege of hosting a fireside chat with Peng Xiao, Chairman of M42 and CEO of G42, on how AI is redefining healthcare now and for the future. The message was clear: AI is foundational. We must become AI-native, build our own AI agents, and embed intelligence across clinical pathways, diagnostics, digital platforms and operations. AI, genomics and advanced technologies are already enabling earlier detection, greater efficiency and new models of care, and each of us has a role in accelerating this transformation.
Beyond the discussions, what made the Forum powerful was the human connection. We deepened our understanding of each other’s capabilities, challenges and opportunities across platforms and regions. It strengthened our unity as One M42 and reaffirmed that through collective leadership and alignment, we will continue to turn our vision into reality.
At the same time, we demonstrated our leadership globally at World Health Expo Dubai 2026.
As Headline Partner at WHX Leaders Dubai and Global Health Partner at WHX Dubai, with NRL exhibiting at WHX Labs, M42 maintained a strong presence throughout the week. Even without a traditional exhibition stand, our expertise, partnerships and ideas ensured we stood out.

At WHX Leaders, I delivered a keynote on scaling health for humanity through AI and genomics. Across the main conference, our experts spoke on biotech and life sciences strategy, women’s health, oncology innovation, digital health partnerships and the role of data as a national asset. At WHX Labs, our diagnostics leaders chaired sessions and shaped discussions on laboratory medicine and precision care. The week also marked an important milestone as our Digital Health Solutions platform announced a strategic agreement to introduce new personalised employee well-being solutions in the UAE that combine wellness, precision medicine and AI-driven healthcare innovation.
This week reminded us of the scale of what we are building. We are not simply operating healthcare assets; we are constructing a globally scaled health intelligence ecosystem with the ambition of becoming the first AI-native healthcare organisation - predictive by design; preventive by default; personalised at scale.
To every colleague across our network, thank you. Your dedication and belief in our mission make weeks like this possible.
It was, indeed, a successful week for M42, and we are only just getting started.
Best regards,
Dimitris Moulavasilis
